We have just added are three fabulous morning events for the weekend of 30 Nov/1 Dec at The Traverse Theatre. The first is a masterclass on Saturday 30 November led by superstar jazz pianist Fergus McCreadie who’ll be talking about and demonstrating how Scottish folk music influences his playing and his writing.

And for all you singing enthusiasts out there we will be hosting a beautifully immersive Gaelic lullabies workshop with leading vocalist and educator Rachel Walker, also on 30 November.

On the Sunday (1 December) we’ll be welcoming Helena Kay, one of Scotland’s leading jazz instrumentalists who’ll be leading a jazz saxophone workshop aimed at all abilities.

Both Fergus and Rachel are also performing at the festival. You can see Rachel with Aaron Jones on Thursday 28 December and Fergus with McCreadie/Stumbras/Scanroglio/Galeotti on Saturday 30 November.
